Fire Safety Regulations – Resident Information Request
New fire safety regulations coming into force on 6 April 2026. Under the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, we are required to identify any residents who may need assistance to evacuate their flat in the event of a fire.
We therefore request that you advise your property manager at Parkgate Aspen if you have a physical, sensory, or cognitive condition that may make it difficult for you to leave your flat without assistance. Please include your name and flat number in your response.
Providing this information is entirely voluntary. However, sharing your details will allow us to plan appropriately and, with your consent, share relevant information with the Fire and Rescue Service to support your safety.
If you currently rent out your flat, please pass a copy to your agent/tenant.
If you believe you or someone living with you or in your property will require assistance during an evacuation, they should complete the Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessment that follows:
Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessment (PCFRA) Screening Questionnaire – Fill out form
Once submitted, a member of our Building Safety Team will review the information and contact you regarding the outcome and any next steps, including whether a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) is required.
All information provided will be treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
